If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item meets the conditions below.

Original packaging and tags must be attached and intact

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Our team replies within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the conditions above, the refund is processed within 5 – 7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
We exchange items for a different length or colour when stock is available. If the item you want is out of stock, we can refund the original item instead. Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and conditions as standard returns.
Return shipping on exchanges is covered by the customer unless the exchange is due to an error on our side (wrong item shipped, damage in transit).
