Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets our return conditions below.

Conditions for Returns

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original packaging and tags must be attached and intact

Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery date

A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, send an email to evvyshairs@gmail.com with the following details:

  • 1Your order number
  • 2The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
  • 3The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange items for a different length or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Exchanges follow the same 7-day window and return conditions as standard returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Hair care products (shampoos, conditioners, serums)

Accessories (clips, combs, wig caps)

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Wigs that have been cut, colored, styled, or altered in any way

Custom or made-to-order items
